Energy Efficiency in Campus Buildings The task of powering college campuses with clean energy can be made easier through aggressive steps to improve the energy efficiency of campus buildings. Storage: Campuses have extra motivation to adopt storage to meet resilience and emergency preparedness goals and this storage can work in conjunction with adopting solar energy.
Many of these colleges have beautiful campuses that can support between 500 to 51,000 students, faculty and staff. There are now approximately 5,300 colleges and universities throughout the country that will be welcoming new students this year, each with their own unique features, amenities and unique attributes.
